The Nakoa Companies, Inc. was once again honored with a contract from PVH Inc. to build the new 12,100 sf Tommy Hilfiger Store at The Guam Premier Outlets in Tamuning, Guam.  Completed well before the Christmas rush, the store's Grand Opening on Tuesday October 29 was presided over by Archbishop Sablan Apuron who performed a special blessing and Governor Eddie Calvo who spoke a few words to welcome Tommy Hilfiger to the community.

Work on this project began in early August.  Improvements include state of the art security cameras, several point of sale registers, sensor security, and people counters.  Improvements were accentuated with high visual graphics-drawing shoppers to the merchandise.

"Critcal to the success in completing this store on time is logistics - getting specified materials delivered when its needed" said Nakoa's Project Manager Lucas Dolan who managed the
construction of the two previous PVH stores - Calvin Klein and IZOD.  This work could not have been done without the excellent work of IBBC (Isagani Baluyut), and his subcontractors who worked 7 days a week for three months. The Tommy Hilfiger brand has more than 1200 stores and distribution in over 90 countries.  Global sales of products under the Tommy Hilfiger brands wee approximately $6.0 Billion in 2012.  First day sales for the Guam store exceeded expectations and is expected to continue through the Christmas Holidays.

Congratulations to the Tommy Hilfiger Team of Builders for an Excellent job!!
